Special Name Plate - "Personalized"

The name plate that comes "Sandard" with the replica states the Name and Hull Number of the submarine. 

The "Personalized" name plate replaces the "Standard" name plate and adds specific information for the submarine veteran that served on the boat, just below the Name and Hull Number of the boat.  Specify what you would like on the name plate at "check out" in the "comments box".  Please make sure to provide an email or phone number.

3. Boat Home Port

4. Years served on the boat
