Special Name Plate - Large

The "Large" special name plate is typically used, in addition to the "main" name plate, to provided information when the submarine replica is "Donated" or "Dedicated" by an indiviual or an organization.  This name plate is normally mounted on either side of the main name plate.  Specify what you would like on the name plate at "check out" in the "comments box".  Please make sure to provide an email or phone number.
