HOW GIFT CERTIFICATES WORK 

1. The buyer purchases a Gift Certificate for a friend or relative by entering an order at Cold War Submarines, either "on-line" or by phone.

2. The buyer receives a confirmation of the order and then a Gift Certificate by email.

3. The buyer presents the Gift Certificate to the friend or relative.

4. The Gift Certificate explains how to redeem the Gift Certificate to reduce the price of any Cold War Submarines product.

Redemption Instructions

1.     In order to redeem this gift certificate the holder must call Cold War Submarines at 414-627-2581 to place the order.

2.     The holder must indicate the name of the individual that purchased the gift certificate.

3.     When taking the order by phone, Cold War Submarines will “manually” enter the order and “override” the listed selling price to reduce it by the value of the Gift Certificate.

4.     The holder should have credit card information available when placing the order or payment can be made by mailing a check to Cold War submarines for the total amount of the order minus the value of the Gift Certificate.
